Your responsibilities in a snapshot:

Conducting recruitment strategy meetings with your customer.

Sourcing and selecting potentially suitable candidates.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

You have a Bachelor or Master degree, combined with proven experience within the Recruitment field in e.g. a professional and international search or within a corporate recruitment environment. We expect you to be an experienced interviewer, have a broad experience in the professional use of social media/LinkedIn to approach and attract talent and that you have a strong network.

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • Good understanding of complex corporate staff roles in an international setting
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in recruiting at professional level
  • Fluent in Spanish, Portuguese and English
  • A strong customer focus and the ability to proactively engage in constant improvement
  • A service orientated way of working without a 9-5 attitude
  • Strong planning and organizational skills that contributes to the overall success of Talent Acquisition
