An exciting opportunity exists for a strategic marketing leader to shape the direction of our serviceability and remote enablement program within the Monitoring & Analytics BG. This is a highly visible fast paced program where the successful candidate will be expected to work across the organization to help develop serviceability and remote enablement strategic direction. The leader will work with key customers, markets, M2O leads, service marketing & technical leads to define the portfolio focus and agree the technical platform and service roadmaps ensuring requirements are translated into planning increments for agile development. In addition the leader will ensure alignment and represent the strategic direction of the program to other Philips stakeholder groups as well as ensure best in class serviceability guidelines are supported. The role is a pivotal role in the Monitoring & Analytics organization as we scale our remote serviceability program.

You are responsible for

  • Drive remote serviceability strategic marketing & assessment of portfolio investment options as part of overall portfolio evolution
  • Develop clear understanding of customer needs, build market intelligence, and drive definition of the customer experience journey for remote serviceability
  • Work together with customers, platform technical leads, and service marketing to define the remote serviceability portfolio roadmap (including services propositions and technical capability) with overall ownership of portfolio strategy.
  • Ensure translation of need space & portfolio strategy into program requirements that drive service generation or platform development (in an agile fashion) as part of an overall portfolio evolution
  • Represent the remote serviceability program to other Philips stakeholders
  • Own the business case for remote serviceability

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or relevant field
Minimum of 7 years of related experience
SKILLS
  • Ability to think critically and strategically on key business topics and synthesize diverse information into strategic recommendations.
  • Ability to execute remote serviceability customer experience journey both strategically and operationally
  • Expertise delivering complex business transformation
  • Proven leadership, communication skills and ability to influence colleagues

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
  • Strong strategic marketing background with demonstrated success combining technology and service propositions into an overall portfolio
  • Experience in developing new/creative business models monetizing technology enabled services
  • Prior experience in leading remote serviceability initiatives critical
  • Proven success in driving strategic initiatives across a matrix organization, especially across product and service organizations
  • Demonstrated success leading mutli-cultural global teams without direct reporting lines
