In this role, you have the opportunity to

Senior Supply Planner, Medical Consumables and Sensors (MCS) works as a supply planning specialist supporting the Medical Consumables and Sensors business category within Philips Monitoring and Analytics.
The role focuses on developing and maintaining a mid- to long-term supply plan, and supply planning policies for all of the assigned products, as well as facilitating and executing near-term activities to ensure up-time and efficiency within the MCS supply chain.

You are responsible for

- Taking the lead in developing new, original ideas and solutions for unique MCS supply planning challenges
- Helping to combine systems knowledge, end-to-end supply chain concepts and business acumen in order to underpin and ensure mid- to long-term assurance of supply, and supply chain efficiency
- Building an active network and collaborating cross-functionally both in support of the MCS business leadership team, as well as the Supply Planning and Integrated Supply Chain partner functions, including integration of industry best practices both from inside and outside Philips in order to achieve targeted business results.
- Being accountable to the business category and MA supply planning for the performance of the MCS supply chain and development / execution of the supply plan.
- Supporting mid- to long-term sales and operations planning (S&OP), supply chain performance management, disruption / recovery management
- Leading multi-disciplinary supply planning change projects affecting the MCS business, including supply chain transformation and product phase in / phase out

You are a part of

This role will be a part of the Medical Consumables and Sensors business category within Philips Monitoring and Analytics based in Cambridge, MA.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Business or Supply Chain
• 8+ years of sales & operations planning experience
• ERP / SAP experience in planning or master production scheduling
• Understanding of inventory / warehouse management
• Experience in technical procurement / materials management
• Understanding of MRP planning parameters, and plan for every part
• Experience in Healthcare, Aerospace or other highly-regulated industry
