In this role, you have the opportunity to
help build a high growth business. Philips eICU is an industry leader in acute care telehealth monitoring. The product eCareManager is implemented worldwide to improve care for thousands of critically-ill patients each day.
You are responsible for
driving extensible and high quality software designs as we build software on the Windows platform and work towards advancing development in the cloud space. Other responsibilities include:
- Operating within a scrum team to implement features and user stories efficiently with high quality
- Collaborating in product design sessions, software development and mentoring the growth of other team members
- Shifting engineering and operations practices left, to occur earlier in the pipeline
You are a part of
a diverse team of talented software developers building cutting edge telehealth applications! We are looking for a highly motivated individual with deep technical skills and a passion for a DevOps culture.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience:
- B.S., M.S., or PhD in Computer Science or related field
- Technical leadership and hands on development experience (6+ years of experience)
- OO programming expertise in C# or equivalent language
- Experience with Microsoft SQL Server Platform
- A continuous improvement mindset
- Test automation practices such as TDD or BDD
- Ability to drive technical discussions, lead technical reviews, and mentor other team members
We especially want to hear from you if have experience with:
- Windows application development using WPF or WinForms
- Cloud Technologies (AWS, Azure, Docker)
- Large scale enterprise applications with microservice architectures
