Your Challenge:

The purpose of this role is to be the business partner and lead sales analyst supporting the sales function for Philips Lifeline – Home Monitoring.

You will :be the first point of contact for the sales leaders when they need support, reporting, or data to help them achieve their goals. In this role you will leverage your experience, data, and information to drive excellence across the sales organization.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Be the “go-to” primary support mechanism for the sales organization for reporting, analysis, and counsel
  • Proactively identifies opportunities for sales process improvement. Works closely with sales management to inspect sales process quality and prioritize opportunities for improvement. Assists sales management in understanding process bottlenecks and inconsistencies. Facilitates an organization of continuous process improvement
  • Provide support for executive presentations and/or planning sessions
  • Develop and maintain key performance indicators for sales, ensuring the sales team understands what they are measured on and how to recognize improvements.
  • Provide sales territory planning through enhanced analytics and execute sales target administration and quota setting across sales teams.
  • Drive Sales Bonus compensation. Ensure compensation is calculated accurately and paid timely in compliance with documented sales compensation program
  • Lead the annual sales compensation definition. Partner with Philips Incentive Compensation, HM Accounting, Finance, and Human Resources to develop the annual sales incentive compensation program. Ensure compensation is paid in accordance with program policies and procedures
  • Develop and maintain key performance indicators for sales, ensuring the sales team understands what they are measured on and how to recognize improvements.
  • Manage the sales operating budget. This includes annual, quarterly & monthly expense planning & control, the creation of annual expense plans and spending variance analysis.

Reporting, Analysis, & Business partnering

  • Reporting & report automation
  • Preparation, maintenance, and ownership of dashboards and reporting
  • Develop expertise in all data models and tools used to access them
  • Participate in the preparation, analysis, and assembly of the periodic Results presentations
  • Partner with the business to drive results;
  • Act as a leader representing the Analytics team throughout the organization for all projects under your purview;
  • Leverage data and business knowledge to drive improvement;
  • Support the development & delivery of reporting, providing analysis of results;
  • Proactively seek out inefficiencies, study operational activities, and identify areas for improvement and cost savings

We are looking for:

Bachelor’s degree in Business or Finance preferred

  • Years of Experience 5-7 years of proven sales analyst experience, with strong technical reporting background preferred
  • Strong Microsoft Office Skills (Excel required, Access, PowerPoint a plus)
  • Experience with including report writing preferred
  • Business Objects knowledge of Designer, WEBI, INFOVIEW, advanced reporting and dashboarding functionality and experience using other business intelligence & reporting tools (Tableu, DOMO, Crystal, etc) a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills; active listening skills and approachable style.
  • Strong analytical and presentation skills and comfortable interacting across all levels of the organization
  • Ability to learn quickly, function in fast paced environment and work on multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Planning, organizational, and time management skills
  • Team oriented, ability to gain the cooperation of others in pursuit of company goals.
  • Ability to handle stress effectively.
