Your challenge

Do you want to be part of transforming healthcare through meaningful solutions? In this position you will lead our Health Systems business in Norway with P&L responsibility. You will contribute to Philips continued growth by managing a team of one sales manager, KAM’s and service operations. You are responsible to have the right organization and structure in place to be able to deliver on the overall objectives.

Your responsibilities

  • Managing the Health System commercial and customer service organization in Norway to ensure that order intake, sales targets and profitability are met
  • Leading a team of one sales manager as well as several KAMs plus service operations
  • Responsible for creating and implementing the strategic and tactic plan in cooperation with business marketing management
  • Developing the business as well as being leading in transforming our business into a value adding solutions business
  • Developing and driving credibility and long term relationship with our customers
  • Providing of strong people leadership

We are looking for you who have

  • A university degree or similar in clinical, engineering or business
  • A proven track record in building business based on strong customer relations and the ability to translate customer needs and challenges into tailored and value adding solutions
  • Previous experience in managing and coaching diverse teams
  • A strong sense for stakeholder management and the interest and ability to build long lasting relations
  • A good network amongst healthcare professionals on all levels in the Norwegian market
  • Deep knowledge about the general healthcare landscape and its future development
  • A flexible mindset and is prepared to walk that extra mile to make yourself and your team excel and perform beyond standards
  • Excellent communication skills in as well English as Norwegian
