Join the highly successful Cardiovascular Ultrasound sales team at Philips. Philips has the #1 market share in the premium and high-end segments of the business, and the Philip Ultrasound service organization has been rated #1 in the industry the past 23 year in a row. Selling Philips Cardiovascular Ultrasound is fast-paced, highly competitive, demanding, and rewarding.

You are responsible for

Responsible for selling Philips Cardiovascular ultrasound systems and solutions to hospitals and private practices.

  • Achieve quota/AOP on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
  • Achieve forecast accuracy of plus or minus 5% on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
  • Develop a strategic sales/business plan for the territory
  • Design a tailored account strategy for each account that includes a value proposition for each customer
  • Discover and Qualify customer opportunities
  • Coordinate with your counterparts from other modalities to ensure One Philips approach to the customer within your assigned territory
  • Facilitate the resolution of customer issues by following the escalation process
  • Work within assigned expense guidelines
  • Responsible for overall relationship between Philips and all appropriate contacts at specific accounts.
  • Maintain company vehicles
  • Manage assigned demo inventory

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • 4-year college degree
  • Minimum of a 5-year track record in the sale of medical capital equipment with documented high performance
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, highly competitive, and demanding environment
  • Ability to grow installed-base accounts and convert accounts that have the competitors' equipment
  • Ability to sell equipment, service contracts, and associated solutions
  • Ability to think critically and strategically
  • High personal character
  • A documented history of improving your sales skills
  • Ability to work effectively with Clinical Application Specialists, Field Service Engineers, Strategic Account Executives, and other counterparts
