Job Description

In this role, you have the opportunity to
Join our highly professional, engaged and driven Finance team supporting the IGT-D Operations as our Finance Business Partner.

You are responsible for

  • Driving results as our Finance Business Partner to support operation and business leads
  • Coordinating and being responsible for the global operations monthly performance reviews (MPR), rolling forecasts (RoFo) and Annual operating plan (AOP)/SPOR
  • Working with the manufacturing sites and supply chain teams all around the globe on structurally improving financial KPIs such as Productivity, Inventory, CAPEX, Cost of Non Quality, BOM savings and Integral Warehousing and Distribution costs
  • Supporting Ernst & Young audits in the manufacturing sites, help ensure compliance, drive improvements and be the one-point-of contact between Costa Rica Operations and the central Internal Control team
  • Supporting local statutory reporting requirement as needed
  • Driving business performance by identifying and tracking savings and growth opportunities
  • Creating business cases for large projects
  • Monitoring and identifying risks and opportunities
  • Supporting finance transformation initiatives
  • Other duties and responsibilities as required

You are a part of
the Medical Device Operation Finance team as Finance Business Partner to support manufacturing operations for Colorado Springs, CO; Plymouth, MN; Fremont, CA and our US OEM products.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
  • BA degree or relevant degree in finance/economics is required, MBA is highly preferred
  • 8+ years of overall experience working in Finance Business Partnering, FP&A or Accounting
  • Open and flexible to possible opportunities for travel and relocation with the US in the next 4 years, preferred
  • Results-driven with excellent problem-solving skills and sound business decision-making skills
  • Managing a team of direct reports and supporting their success
  • Ability to simultaneously manage multiple priorities and operate in a highly dynamic matrix environment
  • Excellent emotional intelligence with superior interpersonal, listening and communication skills
  • Ability to balance speed and accuracy, while working with multiple internal and external stakeholders to prepare deliverables
  • Fast learner who is highly analytical and delivers upon commitment
  • Advanced understanding of Philips financial systems (SAP MCP, SAP cubes, EFR, Microsoft Excel)
  • Profound knowledge of financial concepts and accounting principles

The salary range for this position is $120,000.00 to $145,000. The bonus target is: 15%.
