Job Description
Your Challenge
PfRP Electrical Engineer works, as a Technical expert for assigned product families.
This role requires a multi-disciplinary approach and knowledge of basic sustainability principles, theories and concepts.
Your Responsibilities
- Responsible for reliability improvements for assigned product families.
- Provide production support, resolves critical design issues for assigned product families.
- Participate in group Kaizen events for reliability improvement projects.
- Assist repair personnel with technical issues for assigned product families.
- Support data collection, analysis, trending of return rate for assigned digital products.
- Assist with design, and validation of SPT scripts for new coil products

Knowledge/Skills/Experience
- Associate’s/Bachelor’s degree
- 3 to 5 years of related experience in sustainability
- Ability to lead small sustainability projects and manage a small group
