Job Description

Your Challenge

PfRP Electrical Engineer works, as a Technical expert for assigned product families.

This role requires a multi-disciplinary approach and knowledge of basic sustainability principles, theories and concepts.

Your Responsibilities

  • Responsible for reliability improvements for assigned product families.
  • Provide production support, resolves critical design issues for assigned product families.
  • Participate in group Kaizen events for reliability improvement projects.
  • Assist repair personnel with technical issues for assigned product families.
  • Support data collection, analysis, trending of return rate for assigned digital products.
  • Assist with design, and validation of SPT scripts for new coil products

Knowledge/Skills/Experience

  • Associate’s/Bachelor’s degree
  • 3 to 5 years of related experience in sustainability
  • Ability to lead small sustainability projects and manage a small group
