Lifeline Community Representative

Your Challenge

Your role as a Lifeline Community Representative will allow you to maintain and develop new relationships with Healthcare Professionals in order to influence them to recommend the Lifeline services. You will use your strong sales and customer service skills to achieve a monthly sales quota of new Lifeline Subscribers in the Richmond/Vancouver BC area.

Responsibilities

  • Source and develop relationships with key Healthcare Professionals in order to influence them to recommend the Lifeline service proactively.
  • Conduct sales visits and group presentations in Hospitals, Homecare Institutions, Medical centers and other places in order to promote and demonstrate value add of Lifeline products and services to the on-going care of patients who based on prognosis and/or diagnosis could benefit from the services.
  • Generate leads for our Senior Living division by making sales visits to congregate living facilities dedicated to seniors.
  • Record all sales activity in CRM, and effectively use this tool for prospecting and route planning.
  • Provide Philips Lifeline materials such as referral kits, brochures, coupons, surveys, posters, etc. to support the referral sources.
  • Participate in Customer workshops, tradeshows and training meetings
  • Manage expenses in the annual budget
  • Schedule visits with existing and potential Health Care Provider Referral Sources.

We are looking for

Bachelor degree in Health Science or Business/or equivalent work experience in the Healthcare sales field At least 5 years of Professional Sales experience, preferable within the Healthcare field. Proficiency in Microsoft office and Outlook, with at least mid-level skills in MS Excel. Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage time effectively Self-starter/self-motivated individual who will demonstrate flexibility and adaptability.
