Job Description

In this role, you have the opportunity to

Lead the organization in identifying, planning, and executing on Image Guided Technology - Devices (IGT-D) industrial footprint projects.

You are responsible for

  • Responsible for the creation of industrial footprint strategy and roadmap
  • Leads the business in executing strategy
  • Manages & provides direction for a team of program / project managers executing projects within the industrial footprint strategy
  • Ensures effective communication and planning across a broad array of stakeholders and contributors
  • Effectively implements the Philips transition process management approach for a portfolio of projects: concept, modeling, planning, execution, and closure stages.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • Bachelor's degree Engineering/Business or related discipline, or equivalent; Master's degree a plus
  • Minimum of 12 years of relevant working experience
  • Significant experience leading major programs such as site startups and closures, new product launches, other business improvements
  • Ability to lead teams driving major programs through change management within an organization
  • Knowledge of medical device manufacturing and quality management systems required
  • Strong and demonstrated passion for Continuous Improvement and Lean thinking mindset
  • Demonstrated experience with facilitating strong collaboration and leadership within a matrix and international organization.
  • Proven success in driving change with sense of urgency and bias for action
  • Ability to pull together cogent business cases clearly delineating value creation and a rationale for change
