You are responsible for

  • Lead the global Analytics team that delivers analytic services for our customers and the global Philips businesses.
  • Take full ownership of tools and platform engagements Responsible for the design, setup and delivery of hospital operation simulation models.
  • Contribute to the global practice through positive influential leadership.
  • Next to leading the team it is required to perform day-to-day activities of assigned projects to include interaction with client personnel and Philips team members.
  • Develop strategic working relationships with client counterparts.
  • Influence key stakeholders to implement processes and/or drive organizational change.
  • Consistently handle sensitive and protected health information (PHI) in accordance with HIPAA, ISO, GDPR and Philips policies.
  • Develop team members by serving as a performance coach; provide on-going feedback and coaching to project team members.
  • Demonstrate proactive leadership and can-do mentality on methodology and service development.
  • Serve as subject matter expert for healthcare organizations and Philips colleagues.
  • Support the development of healthcare solutions together with other Philips teams.

Philips' global network of healthcare transformation experts named Healthcare Transformation Services (HTS), is focused on solving customers' complex challenges across the healthcare continuum. We deliver strategic healthcare consulting services for our customers externally, but at the same time being a key enabler internally to drive growth of Philips' long-term strategic relationships and for Philips' Solution Transformation.

Together with our customers, our HTS consultants help to improve quality, efficiency, and performance across the healthcare organization, combining clinical pathway redesign; patient flow and process optimization focusing on different departments separately or combined throughout the hospital. Together with performance analytics, a digital transformation mindset and the Philips Solution portfolio in their back-pocket HTS combines input from different angles to ensure operational excellence for lasting impact.

As the Analytics consulting leader, you will become part of the Healthcare Performance Analytics & Digital Transformation practice (HPAD). HPAD is a global practice that is recognized as the trusted advisor to the C-Suite for digital transformation topics enabling data-driven insights for our customers through data visualization, simulation and predictive analytics that lead to enterprise-wide transformation programs.

To succeed in this role, you'll need a customer-first attitude and the following
  • Master's degree in computer science or similar fields is preferred.
  • A minimum of 10 years relevant working experience in healthcare or consulting setting.
  • A minimum of 3 years of direct line management and team development is preferred.
  • Self-driven, customer focused, entrepreneurial, and performance-oriented personality.
  • Validated experience in Analytics of different care settings.
  • Strong analytical skills, you have an inner need to understand before you want to be understood.
  • Inspiring, innovative enthusiastic personality, not afraid to challenge the status quo.
  • Ability to facilitate cross-learning, knowledge flow, implement/evangelize best practices and sustain changes.
  • A strong track record in stakeholder management skills.
  • Good communication skills and interpersonal relationships.
  • Willing to travel occasionally.
