Head of Product Management (Malvern or Pittsburgh, PA)
As Head of Product Management, you will be a core member of the ECG Solutions Leadership Team responsible for driving an unwavering culture of compliance, patient safety, product and service quality, and customer focused innovation.
Your role:
- Driving definition, development, introduction and maintenance of the products/solutions/lifecycle and professional services, in line with portfolio marketing strategy, to get the optimal combination of performance and price in time
- Value proposition development based on customer insights, including health economics for lead markets
- Developing claims roadmaps for portfolio, product, lifecycle, professional services and software
- Responsible for building and realization of the business case
- Guiding the channel strategy for the assigned portfolio
- Compliance with quality & regulatory requirements
- Lifecycle management (including phase-in and phase-out) and market readiness as part of Product Development Lifecycle Management (PDLM). Ensuring completion of appropriate deliverables and knowledge transfer (feature descriptions, value propositions, costing/pricing/quoting materials, etc.)
- Utilizing customer, segment and market insights as provided by Marketing Insights and Analytics (MI&A) team for decision making on portfolio
- Providing input to MI&A team on industry and competitive trends
- Providing subject matter expertise in the development of customer and sales education materials
- Supporting the delivery of training to resources in markets to enable proper transfer of knowledge (when needed)

- You have a bachelor's degree in a relevant area of study.
- You've acquired 5+ years of experience in marketing product management or related experience (cardiology or diagnostic services is preferred); leadership experience with direct reports.
- Your skills include leading product/software/lifecycle and professional management teams including hiring and building successful teams, talent development and performance management, strong coaching capabilities.
- You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position .
- You're an excellent communicator with strong people leadership skills, a long-term strategic thinker, the ability to travel monthly, with an understanding of new technology and new markets, and if you have regulatory/quality understanding even better.
