Global Solutions Leader - Ultrasound (North America)
As a key leader of the Ultrasound Leadership Team, you are responsible for owning, defining and managing the execution and commercialization of the solution portfolio transformation and business roadmap. The Global Solutions Leader will serve as an internal and external expert on Ultrasound solutions and ensure our efforts deliver the greatest value possible to our customers.
You are responsible for the following:
- Provide leadership in the ideation to commercialization efforts for services & solutions offerings in the market. Solutions can be comprised of Philips products, systems, software along with one or more 3rd party products, implementation services, maintenance services and other valued offerings.
- Drive comprehensive understanding of business opportunities including core businesses and new business opportunities to develop a robust multi-generational solutions road map coordinated with the business unit road maps.
- Lead and translate a larger strategic vision into a concrete, prioritized plan that can be executed on to deliver meaningful value/ROI to customers
- Partner with business units, BDM, M&A, and markets to unlock commercial opportunities via creation of new integrated value propositions from existing and/or new assets.
- Brainstorm, test, and implement new business models to drive differentiated growth.
- Role model and teach organization on new and sustainable capabilities.
- Partner with technical innovation teams and direct Ventures team for long term breakthroughs leading to integration of solutions into business unit road maps.
- Lead strategy and implementation to achieve access to care targets inclusive of undeserved markets
- Centralizing GTM models for Solutions, Activations and infrastructure
- Overall performance of Solutions portfolio, financials and global activation blue-print.
- Capability to integrate, manage and expand solutions businesses: Tomtec, Reacts, EaaB other Venture Portfolios / partnerships.
- Be the NBX Solutions leader, responsible for leading the creation and scaling of new businesses or business categories within ULS..
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
- 15+ years of professional experience within product and/or solutions innovation, business management/product management/strategy within a medical device or healthcare information system regulated business.
- MBA preferred
- Desired experience in Ultrasound and fundamental understanding of services and solutions business in a B2B context preferred
- Broad healthcare expertise and unique knowledge, uses skills to contribute to development of company objectives and principles and to achieve goals in creative and effective ways.
- Critical thinking/planning including out of the box thinking and tenacity to find solutions to problems both within and outside the company.
- Demonstrated success in working across organizational boundaries, as well as working in a global organization across various cultures and departments.
- Ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams to success and build a strong culture.
- Experienced at building and motivating dynamic, diverse and high performing teams.
- Strong project management capabilities, with validated experience.
- Grasp of commercial and IT processes necessary to deliver valuable solutions to our customers.
- Strong track record of senior relationship management and extraordinary communication and negotiation skills, preferably across geographic as well as organizational boundaries.
- Consistently works with abstract ideas or situations across functional areas of the business. Through assessment of intangible variables, identifies and evaluates fundamental issues, providing strategy and direction.
