Job Description

In this role, you have the opportunity to
Plan and execute all functions for our Coronary conventions and events . You will play a vital role providing critical support and value to the C oronary team and the sales team that depends upon you to execute highly impactful daily activities.

You are responsible for

  • Supporting the marketing strategies and program objectives by enabling and facilitating participation in key tradeshows and events for the Coronary business in North America that reach IGT- Devices target customers and industry influencers
  • Managing from start to finish all Coronary trade shows, events, strategy, logistics and execution
  • Generating and communicating leads back to the sales team to help drive growth and capture share in IGT-Devices target segments
  • Promoting the Philips brand and generating awareness of our products, solutions and services
  • Creating world class events while ensuring brand consistency and delivering on unique customer experiences
  • Supporting internal and external events as needed.
  • Maintaining and updating the corporate calendar
  • Supporting our Commercial Activities Grant Committee (CAGC) requests by using the Sales Force platform to update budgets and event tracker

You are a part of
highly influential event team who can greatly impact the way we manage and deliver event support to our employees and physicians.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Familiarity in using Microsoft Office Products to include, Word, Excel, PowerPoint strong Web skills desired
  • Minimum of one or more years experience in meeting coordination Or experience in sales team and medical environment desired.
  • Minimum of one or more years experience in brand, communication and digital experience desired.
  • Coordination skills and project management experience highly desired
