Job Description

Your responsibilities

  • Internal E-Commerce Projects
  • Work with countries on the set up and roll out of CRM campaigns
  • Liaise with Digital Services team and own APAC regional request log
  • Support in preparing presentations and learning materials
  • Coordinate the introduction of online exclusive SKUs in APAC, working with Regional Marketing Managers (RMMs) and the various Business Groups (BGs)
  • Ratings & Reviews (R&R)
  • Collect & maintain the overview of relevant external platforms & forums
  • Drive Ratings & Reviews (R&R) leads generation on all relevant platforms
  • Develop and engage in incentivized programs with channel partners, work with internal stakeholders on R&R acquisition on owned sites
  • Traffic generation
  • Establish the relation and way of working with Comparison & Review platforms
  • Work with internal & external stakeholders to set up Affiliate programs
  • Monitor & maintain of Philips eTrade tools (leads program, OLE)
  • Collaborate with BCD team, country marketing & E-commerce teams and external agencies on SEO / paid search
  • Capability development
  • Collaborate with learning specialists on developing E-commerce trainings
  • Manage a e-commerce knowledge sharing program (calls, newsletters etc)
  • Deliver training to relevant teams in APAC
