Job Description
As the Digital Services Technical Product Manager, you will own the end-to-end strategy and requirements to produce compelling, usable, SaaS applications for users to support health system operational workflows !
Your role:
- Lead the develop of cutting-edge SaaS products, including value propositions, business cases, and customer journeys
- Create go-to-market plans in collaboration with downstream partners
- Identify and solve for unmet user needs in skills, process capabilities, and capacity to support sustained business growth and results
- Map complex systems, partner with engineering teams, and build high-impact user interfaces

- You've acquired 6+ years of professional experience within either of the following:
- medical product or services innovation and development
- business management/product management/strategy within tele-health, medical device or healthcare information system regulated business
- You are a strong critical thinker and problem solver, with a willingness to get in the weeds with development teams
- Can facilitate workshop and interdisciplinary collaboration to drive cross-functional alignments and optimize product requirements
- You have experience in IT, informatics, cloud computing, or similar field
- You can successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position
- You are familiar with ultrasound clinical workflows and health system operations
- Bachelor's degree in Liberal Arts or "STEAM" disciplines (science, technology, engineering, art, or math) preferred, but not necessary.
