Are you the Digital Analyst who is capable of providing accurate guidance to Global Marketing Team for the input for digital campaign briefs with respect to SEO, SEA and related Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s)? We are hiring a Digital Analyst for our team in Amsterdam.

Your responsibilities

  • Report, analyze and optimize on ongoing basis the digital KPI’s as designed in the digital dashboard among which:
  • Page views
  • CTR
  • Traffic sources
  • CPC
  • Bounce rate
  • Search terms (paid & organic)
  • Responsible for providing the monthly Rating & Reviews report, by providing
  • breakdown per product categories in standard format
  • an analysis of result and recommended actions to the categories and care teams
  • an agreed actions log in PDCA
  • provide analysis on Ratings & Review forecast
  • Lead the Monthly performance review dashboard creation for the Business Group Domestic Appliances as per standard template including analytics underpinned conclusions to enrichen the results
  • Provide guidance to Global Marketing Team members in timely manner on input for digital campaign briefs with respect to SEO, SEA and related KPI’s
  • Ensure all product leaflets comply with key best practices of SEO, SEA and related KPI’s
  • Interfacing with external agencies, categories, Domestic Appliances marcom team and Digital Services to specify requirements
  • Work in close collaboration with Digital Content & Engagement manager with respect to digital campaign eco-system optimization

Your team

In this role you will report to the Global Marketing Lead BG Domestic Appliances, with daily coaching by Digital Marketing Lead BG DA. You will work from Amsterdam.

You will be part of the fastest growing business group of Philips Consumer Lifestyle: Domestic Appliances. You will lead a team of digital marketers and interact with various layers of the organization, from IT to the Product Innovation teams and from the Business Group Management Team to the leading marketing figures in the commercial organizations. You will work through a global network of experts at both headquarter as well as at market level.

We are looking for

  • A completed Bachelor degree
  • About 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in a matrix/international organization
  • Strong understanding of paid search, organic search and related KPI’s
  • Familiarity with Adobe sitecatalist/omniture, Google Analytics, Sprinklr / other analytical tools
  • Some experience in translating data into actions
  • Structured and analytical with a passion for detail. Work accurately
  • Excellent project management skills; ability to manage several projects at the same time
  • Team player; strong in working cross-functionally and in building & maintaining relationships
  • Strong communication skills: influencing, driving for result, informing, engaging, aligning, working internationally (sensitive to working with various cultures)
  • Business fluency in English (written & verbal)
