In this role, you have the opportunity to:
Play an active role in the protection of the valuable intellectual property that is an important differentiator to Philips Customer Service. Be part of a team with focus on addressing and preventing the loss of data through education, communication, and the design of our systems and products.
You are responsible for:
- Performing actions and research based on standard reporting
- Sending standard communication emails internally to perform research
- Managing all standard communications and responses, escalating to the appropriate parties as necessary
- Tracking of communications as required in a detailed and accurate manner in order to facilitate reporting that is insightful, measurable, and actionable
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of the processes, reports, and systems to achieve Philips' goals
- Participating in project-related work, as needed

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience
- 2-4 years of experience with Microsoft Office applications in a professional setting - intermediate to advanced Excel,PowerPoint, and database experience is a plus
- Strong English verbal and written communication skills
- Consistent strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
- Prior experience in a support role is a plus
