Job TitleCustomer Service Intern
APAC Customer Service HUB, providing back-office support to ASEAN, Indonesia, Korea, Australia and New Zealand.
- You will run analysis, carry out the correction/update of Installed Base (equipment & functional location) and Contract in SAP, to reflect the latest system information.
- Provide support on master data update.
- To assist in ad-hoc report and data entry if required.
You will be part of a dynamic product marketing team that comprises of about 10 members and will work under the guidance of a Marketing Manager, Personal Care. You will have the opportunity to work with the marketing communications & local sales team.
We are looking for
- Tertiary students majoring in Business Information Technology/Computer Science
- Computer literacy – MS Office, Powerpoint
- Strong interpersonal, influencing, presentation, and communication skills
