In this role, you have the opportunity to;

Be driving influence in the area of project management in the business, acting at the key focal point of contact for our customers, internal stakeholders and 3rd party contractors, managing an install project through and end to end process reaching multiple touch points in Philips.

You are responsible for;

Supporting pre-tender and post tender sales activity, managing large scale installation projects with budgetary responsibility and control of the project to ensure it is delivered on time and within the agreed budget of the customer. This is an exciting and demanding position, requiring a huge level of stakeholder engagement throughout Philips, with responsibility of managing the customer on a day to day basis to ensure expectations are met on both sides following a sale.

You are a part of;

A dynamic and versatile team, working across a variety of different modalities from patient monitoring to cath labs to MRI, offering a variety of unique project opportunities. You will have the ability to multi-task, working with sales managers and business development managers, acting as an advisor to prepare the project plan accordingly to ensure correct allocation of internal and external resources, managing execution and controlling project risk.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience;

  • Professional Project Management Qualification (PMP, PQ etc.)
  • Strong communication skills and a proven ability to lead and manage clients and teams.
  • Fluent in English, verbal and written.
  • Valid driving licence is essential.
  • Experience in resolution of contractual disputes.
  • Well organised, the ability to work under pressure and have a creative approach to problem solving.
  • Have commercial and contractual experience in order to understand the project deliverable objectives, ensuring that the project delivered in line with contractual obligations.
  • You will ideally have a strong background in building services either in mechanical or electrical or construction and will have a proven track record working on the design through execution of a variety of projects.
  • Previous experience on healthcare projects is an advantage.

Please note this is a field based position with up to 70% travel covering a specific geographical area across the Midlands and North M25.
