In this role, you have the opportunity to

As part of the CT (Computed Tomography) Clinical Services Team for the Southwest Zone* you are responsible for the delivery of clinical services on [1] site training and education for CT solutions - basic to advanced.

Responsibilities include:
  • Delivers engaging on-site Clinical Services solutions, education, and training
  • Ensures site readiness through collaboration with local sales, service and CPM teams Provides the highest-level customer experience for on-site training and customer communication
  • Takes a leadership role in the personal ownership of the learner experience through customer consultation and collaboration with internal stakeholders
  • Effectively communicates project status, issues and delays with internal team Builds communication among learners and encourages collaboration
  • Gains complete knowledge of relevant solutions per modality
  • Proficient to advanced in areas of specialization
  • Works on problems of a diverse scope
  • Demonstrates good judgement in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions
  • Guides the customer in the testing of workarounds, clinical integration, and new functionality of Philips solutions
Candidate Profile

Education/Credentials:
  • Certificate or Associate's Degree required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Have and maintain ARRT certification or equivalent.
  • Have and maintain the advanced registry certification per modality if applicable. In this case, Must possess an advanced registry in CT.
  • CTT+ (Certified Technical Trainer) preferred
Experience:
  • 5 years clinical experience as RT(R) in pertinent field(s)
  • Experience as clinical preceptor providing education strongly preferred

  • Ability to create learning objectives based on customer needs

  • Effective communication skills - verbal and written
  • Effective time management and organizational skills
  • Proficient computer skills
  • Communication and collaboration skills with multiple organizational levels

  • Flexibility and tolerance of ambiguity
  • Detail oriented with excellent organizational skills
Mental and physical job requirements:
  • Fluent in English
  • Lift parts or carries parts weighing a few ounces to over 25 lbs.
  • Frequently bends, twists, turns, and works in unusual positions using full body mobility
  • Must possess a valid driver's license
  • Willingness to travel overnight 75% of the time, may require night and weekend coverage on occasion
  • This position will require you to meet all customer specific mandates such as vaccinations and or screening tests.
* The Southwest Zone includes: AL, AR, LA, MS, OK, TN and TX. The preference is for this role to be located in Texas or Oklahoma but will consider other cities within the zone. Candidates must reside in a city within their territory that holds the majority of their customer base and be located near a major (non-regional) airport (within 1 hours drive) to be considered.
