Your Challenge

As a Consulting Manager with the Healthcare Experience Solutions Practice, you will have a significant responsibility for sales and business development, sourcing revenue, managing project work streams, solutions design and implementation, and generation of project deliverables. You will provide subject matter expertise and be part of a collaborative cross-solution project team.

You will leverage your experience in healthcare to bring relationships to the business as well as contribute to continuous improvement in the way that the practice delivers solutions.

Your Team

Healthcare Experience Solutions is a global practice within the Healthcare Transformation Services business for Philips Healthcare. You will be working for the North America Market Group where we are accountable for sales and delivery of Healthcare Experience Solutions.

We are looking for

We are seeking a healthcare consultant who possesses a track record of successfully integrating into high performing interdisciplinary teams to achieve business order and revenue metrics, meet project milestones, and achieve measurable performance outcomes.

Your responsibilities

  • The Experience Consultant will spend 75% of the time customer facing, 25% of the time on required analytics and other functions supporting business strategy and growth.
  • Source revenue streams (sales and business development) to support business defined order and revenue targets.
  • Project scoping and solution design.
  • Generation and delivery of quotes and proposals.
  • Works with clients and Philips Associates to maintain momentum to close deals.
  • Develop strategic working relationships with client counterparts.
  • Delivery and support of Experience Consulting solutions.
  • Deliver against task on time.
  • Deliver on budget
  • Active role in educating and coaching internal associates in area(s) of subject matter expertise.

Position Requirements

  • Master’s degree in business field, (i.e. management, finance, accounting, economics, etc.) required and 7+ years of experience in sales, business development, management consulting, or healthcare provider operations – OR – Bachelor’s degree in business or healthcare field, (i.e. management, finance, accounting, economics, etc.) required and 8-10+ years of experience in sales, business development, management consulting, or healthcare provider operations.
  • Experience working within healthcare on the provider side and/or broader professional services sales or consulting experience.
  • Experience with engagement and sales at the C-suite Level.
  • Ability to work with a diverse group of professionals and personalities in a team environment.
  • Ability to actively manage and deliver on client expectations around project activities, timelines, deliverables, outcomes, etc…
  • Ability to provide targeted communication, both verbally and written, to internal and external constituents.
  • Ability to work with a diverse group of professionals and personalities in a team environment.
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office applications, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Must be willing to travel weekly. Travel 80%/4 days per week.
