In this role you have the opportunity to

Engage with sales, sales operations, HR, finance and other parts of the organization to assess requirements and drive the design, programming execution, and UAT for future state capabilities within the platform. You will look for opportunities to optimize the platform structure based on the current state and future state roadmap, and provide ongoing input to the platform managers around data integration opportunities. You will play a critical role around direct connect IT integration with adjacent systems like, SAP and other internal data sources optimizing data flows. Additionally, you will also play a key role in documenting platform architecture, maintaining work instructions and supporting training and knowledge transfer to platform users. You will be a key member of the Sales Operations & Compensation team.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

Support planning leadership, development and evolution for the Anaplan SPM infrastructure to transform and scale readiness processes, E2E planning and commissions execution for North America Consult with functional leadership to Support project plan development for 2019 capabilities delivered - assess critical areas, provide insight around opportunities and develop a prioritized list for capability extension and align with key stakeholders around focus Participate in deep dive planning / kaizen forums where necessary to solution / optimize key areas Engage with IT to assess, plan and execute integration efforts across the PIL (, WD, SAP, etc.) Serve as a project manager and lead solution development to deliver against new business requirements Lead and participate in project teams to drive key development initiatives and implementation on the Anaplan platform Lead requirements gathering engagements -Identifying SME/ user business requirements (assess current state if relevant) - build user stories Develop project plan and schedules to manage work product Build solutions development to enable the delivery against project objectives Execute development in the platform Manage / execute UAT Effectively manage interdependencies across the model Support work product across the development team Provide technical / model leadership in all appropriate forums
