This position reports to the Senior Vice President, North American Commercial Leader. You will provide support to the North American Commercial Leader on a wide range of topics including analyzing reports produced by the commercial operations organization, interpreting data, creating Monthly/Quarterly performance reviews, assist with AOP Planning and HC tracking, strategic workforce planning tracking/reporting and performance tracking and reporting.
The Commercial Sales Staff Support will be a member of the North American Staff and will provide support to other staff members as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree required. MBA or similar graduate degree preferred
- 5+ years of experience in related position or field
- Strong analytical skills required
- Experience with data trends required
- Proficient in translating data into meaningful presentations
- Comfortable presenting information to small and large groups within Commercial staff
- Ability to identify trends and draw conclusions on large amounts of data
- Ability to use a high level of discretion
