Job Description

In this role, you have the opportunity to:

Make a substantial contribution to the innovation of Philips Ultrasound products/processes through development, test and evaluation of new products, utilizing the latest technologies and clinical practices.

You are responsible for:

  • As a member of an Agile SCRUM team, execute systems/software tests and test procedures in support of product development testing on ultrasound systems
  • Test Procedure execution
  • Test data generation/review/approval
  • Generate product defect reports
  • Verify completed/corrected product defects for closure
  • General Lab. maintenance (light lifting)
  • Operating ultrasound products in a black box and white box fashion to identify defects
  • Working alongside development engineering to provide functional and clinical feedback

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
  • Minimum of an Associate's Degree, Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Minimum of 1+ years' experience in clinical ultrasound, preferably in General Imaging, OB, Vascular, or Point of Care.
  • Clinical test development and execution of: Functional, Integration, User Acceptance and/or System Testing.
  • Excellent communication skills, strong computer skills including- MS office applications and product test experience.
  • Self-starter and a fast learner that is capable of accepting and dealing with dynamic program changes.
  • RDMS and applicable certifications are highly desirable.
