The Clinical Administrator supports the Clinical Holter Monitoring department by providing excellent customer service to customers, patients, and internal departments while maintaining the daily administrative duties of the department.

You are responsible for
  • Providing patient and customer focused support for all service and monitor related issues or questions via phone and/or email
  • Providing Holter staff with assignment lists and requests while ensuring completion in a timely manner
  • Completing and following up on clinical and non-clinical notifications while following internal process
  • Serving as an internal resource to assist sales representatives and internal staff when necessary
  • Downloading and saving data to ensure it adheres to protocol and of good quality while following internal process
  • Following all company, HIPAA, and Medicare policy and procedures

Ambulatory Monitoring & Diagnostics (AM&D) is part of the Philips Connected Care business cluster. Philips BioTelemetry is part of the AM&D business and provides remote cardiac monitoring services for more than one million patients per year. Philips acquired BioTelemetry in early 2021. The combination of Philips and BioTelemetry results in a global leader in patient care management solutions for the hospital and the home, a leading U.S.-based provider of remote cardiac diagnostics and monitoring.

Consists of members of the Clinical Holter Monitoring Team and directly reports to the Clinical Holter Supervisor.

To succeed in this role, you'll need a customer-first attitude and the following
  • High School Diploma or General Educational Development (GED)
  • Proficiency using a computer and Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, and SharePoint); comfortable using telephone and computer to perform job responsibilities
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • Excellent data entry and customer service skills
  • Comfortable with a work schedule of Monday-Friday 10:30-7pm for Rosemont only (Saturday/Holiday/Overtime as needed)
