Job Description

As the Change Management Administrator for Philips IGT-Devices you will be involved in:

  • PLM Windchill Project: Philips Integration Project

Key areas of responsibilities (KARS) for this role include:

  • Pull daily and weekly reports in Windchill
  • Follow up on aging tasks (email, IM or phone call with end user)
  • May involve 1:1 training with users to push aging tasks through the system
  • Respond to DL-PLM Change Admin II email distribution inbox
  • Respond to emails within 1 business day
  • Follow up on inquiries to ensure they are resolved
  • Forward email to the correct distribution or person, as needed
  • Attend CRB meetings
  • Record weekly attendance and populate excel file for tracking purposes
  • Capture any meeting minutes, as needed
  • Maintain the Sign Off Matrix for the CAII Team
  • Follow up with managers to determine the correct and current approvers
  • Update the excel file and email out to the team in a timely manner
  • QCR Implementation plans
  • Process implementation plans from start to finish and work closely with the originators to obtain all required approvers for the change

Location: Preferably in Rancho Cordova, CA but will consider San Diego, CA
