Job Description

In this role, you have the opportunity to

Handle multiple projects, as a Project Manager who is responsible for managing customer facing projects which drive drastic reduction in charges in order to meet aggressive goals of reduction in vendor compliance and shortage deductions.

You are responsible for

Driving projects and project implementations that bring awareness to the details of vendor violations data and challenge as appropriate to mitigate charges and resume compliance in accordance with our key KPIs. This role will also support other needs of the supply chain including but not limited to fill rate, on time, CSL and LEAN improvement initiatives.

The role will lead and direct teams accountable for achieving project objectives, effective integration of new systems and technologies, meeting time and budget requirements, directing all project resources in accordance with guidelines, in order to realize the desired business goals and deliver on customer expectations.

Implements new problem solving concepts in accordance with the requirements to drive customer satisfaction utilizing Lean tools and methodologies.

Works on issues of diverse scope where analysis of situation or data requires evaluation of a variety of factors, including an understanding of current business trends. Follows processes and operational policies in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions.

Acts as advisor to others to meet schedules and/or solve technical problems. Develops and administers schedules, performance requirements, and project priorities in terms of in terms of quality, money, time, information, organization and final customer acceptance.

Defines the risks (technical and commercial) of the project and develops scenarios to overcome these risks.

Directs teams and other external resources and gives them operational guidance, regarding content and organization.

You are a part of

A team continuously evaluating and implementing processes with regard to opportunities to improve internal metrics and drive toward successful achievement of company objectives by analyzing compliance data and implementing process improvement initiatives with CSR's, Operational teams, Forecasting, Demand Planning and customers .

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • BS, BA with 5 years of related experience in Operations, Logistics, and Information Technology.
  • Master's degree preferred
  • Extensive experience and proven successes with vendor compliance concepts and activities
  • An understanding of EDI and partner integration.
  • Extensive training and experience in Supply Chain related SAP functionality.
  • Extensive experience in operations and in working with operations, IT and cross-functional project teams in large high stakes projects.
  • Proven track record in innovation, high pressure deliverables, and high impact task management.
  • Has broad experience in project and process management.
  • Has commercially and contractual experience in order to understand the project deliverable objectives, ensuring that the project is delivered in line with no contractual obligations.
  • Ability to asses risk and produce relevant plan for management of risk
