Your Challenge

This position resides in the Home Respiratory Care business of Philips Respironics. Our vision is to work hand-in-hand with our customers to transform the home healthcare market to meet the significant demands caused by the increase of chronic diseases and an aging society. Our mission is to improve the quality of life for at-risk individuals in the home through better awareness, diagnosis, treatment, monitoring, and management of their conditions.

Your Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will:

  • Assist product management with marketing initiatives for the assigned product line. Activities may consist of market research, market modeling, competitive analysis, requirements definition, and interfacing with sales and field marketing to sustain growth of a product line.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of marketing plans and product launches.
  • Demonstrate technical knowledge of all products and services and a thorough understanding of the global marketplace.
  • Assist in obtaining global customer requirements and product specifications via market research activities, market analysis, and on-going communication with global marketing.

Assist in the creation of key marketing documents to enable successful development (i.e. Idea Brief, Product Strategy Brief, MRD, Market Validation Plan, Product Launch Package)

  • Serve as a representative of the marketing function on new product development teams and provide input and direction as needed.

We are looking for

EDUCATION:

Bachelors Degree in Business, Life Sciences or Engineering, or related discipline, required. MBA strongly preferred.

EXPERIENCE:

Minimum of 2 years of clinical, engineering, sales and/or marketing experience. Medical Device experience, preferred.

Skilled in MS Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) required.
