What We Are Looking For:

Persado is looking for an Executive Assistant to Senior Management, based in London with potential to grow within the organization. The ideal candidate will be polished, experienced in providing right-arm administrative support to Senior Executives and will be able to work independently. This person must be friendly, self-motivated, exceedingly well organized, flexible and available for infrequent travelling.

What We Want You to Do:

  • Field, simplify, prioritize and respond to requests regarding Senior Executives.
  • Manage calendar and schedule meetings, coordinating with multiple departments and external contacts.
  • Research various topics as needed.
  • Make reservations for small and large-scale meetings/events/dinners and functions.
  • Manage expenses.
  • Manage incoming correspondence (phone, email).
  • Greet guests/clients and prepare conference rooms for meetings.
  • Relay information in the most concise, efficient way possible at all times.
  • Anticipate needs and show initiative whenever the opportunity arises.

  What We Want To See:

  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • 3 - 5 years relevant experience strongly preferred.
  • Experience working with the highest levels of management.
  • Upbeat and high energy personality.
  • Must be proficient user of all Microsoft Office products.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
  • Detail-oriented and superior organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent and clear communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Attention to detail, enthusiasm and pride in what you do.
  • Familiarity working in a fast-paced, demanding and deadline-driven environment.
