Persado is looking for an intern in its San Francisco office to assist the Campaign Management team in the fall months, with a focus on Quality Assurance.  The Campaign Management department is responsible for using Persado’s cognitive content platform to generate language that inspires action.  Campaign Managers identify, design, plan, test, deliver, monitor, and enhance cross-channel digital marketing campaigns using our unique methodology.

What We Want You To Do:

Provide QA and proofreading of client-facing deliverables to ensure accuracy and overall quality throughout the process of developing, coding, and launching of marketing campaigns

Utilize multiple information resources to verify accuracy of campaign information and configuration

Ensure that client revisions and style guidelines have been applied

Review, test, and approve content and HTML campaigns utilizing a QA checklist

Communicate all inconsistencies back to the Campaign, Project, and Account teams

Collaborate with the Operations team to review and improve existing templates and processes

Assist in maintaining a QA tracker of all issues – help meet QA goals each quarter

Juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions and changing priorities, while meeting established deadlines

Assist in database cleaning activities to ensure information is accurate

Support Campaign Management team in all their daily tasks

Learn our proprietary platform & help with processing of files

Assist in preparing presentations for account management and sales

Perform and manage other ad hoc projects


What We Want To See:

Currently enrolled as a Junior or Senior pursuing an English, Marketing, or Advertising undergraduate degree, or recent graduate

Knowledgeable of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)

Excellent written and verbal skills in English, expert knowledge of spelling and grammar

Strong organizational skills and ability to work efficiently within strict schedule deadlines

Experience in Web Technologies (HTML) is a plus.

Interest in digital marketing

Love for language and technology

Hands-on QA experience a huge plus

Basic understanding of statistics a plus

Experience working with an ESP a plus
