Creative Content Director - Avion & Altos

ROLE DESCRIPTION
Based in New York City, the Creative Content Director will be in charge to:
- Develop superior creative content for the Drive Market as well as "lookalike" markets
- Enhance consumer centricity fueling creative development with strong cultural insights gathered locally
- Ensure global brand consistency and adhere to high brand standards & guidelines
- Be the BrandCo representative in the Drive Market and steward of the brand during all phases of the creative development process; Illuminate the Brand Timeless Story; convey Brand Co strategies, ensure adherence to brand guidelines
- Gather requirements from Market Activation Managers (within BrandCo) and local marketers (within Markets) regarding creative content needs and local consumer insights
- Partner with Drive Market Brand Management to lead the IAT (inter agency team) big idea process and co-create communication briefs that will both build brand strength and deliver brand growth objectives of the Drive Market
- Lead the development of creative assets based on global brand strategy and co-created communication briefs. Those assets can include: Local ATL Campaign (all media), Key digital assets, Strategic Limited editions and related assets
- Consult and provide feedback on Drive Market led creative asset development.
- Share creative brief guidelines with local marketing teams in receive markets for other creative assets (e.g.: BTL, L3F)
- Manage relationship with creative agencies and partners (incl. cost control): global agency and/or its local affiliate, local specialist agencies, local contact of global partner or local partners, etc.
- Liaise back with Brand Teams in BrandCo HQ to ensure developments are on-brand and on-strategy
- Share content created with Market Activation Managers for broadcast to other receive markets
- Co-develop with Head of Digital of BrandCo the types of content creation required for each brand
KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Degree: Bachelor's Degree in marketing / Communications
- Professional experience: Transversal Experience: Business & Creative / Mkt & Creative
- Strong experience in developing global and/or local creative campaigns
- Successful creative execution track record preferably lifestyle or luxury brands
- Strong experience in leading creative development with multiple stakeholders, including agencies
- Experience working in the drive market culture, with strong understanding of wine & spirits category
- Local language fluent proficiency
- Global experience (a plus)
