Technical Services Support

Responsibility:

  1. Conduct operator training for end users after installation of instruments

  2. Conduct product technical training for Sales / Engineers/Distributors

  3. Solve application product problems promptly and completely

  4. Work closely with Service Engineer and Sales team in order to support sales effort, including pre-sales promotion

  5. Assist customers in the interpretation of test results

  6. Other task assigned by line manager

  7. Frequently business travel

Qualifications:

  1. Above 1 years experince in clinical examination or relevant background.

  2. Product & Application Expertise

  3. Fluent English Language communication

  4. Basic IT skills
