Technical Services Support
Conduct operator training for end users after installation of instruments
Conduct product technical training for Sales / Engineers/Distributors
Solve application product problems promptly and completely
Work closely with Service Engineer and Sales team in order to support sales effort, including pre-sales promotion
Assist customers in the interpretation of test results
Other task assigned by line manager
- Frequently business travel
Above 1 years experince in clinical examination or relevant background.
Product & Application Expertise
Fluent English Language communication
- Basic IT skills
