NOTICE OF JOB VACANCY: PRINICPAL IT BUSINESS ANALYST

DUTIES:

Responsible for participating in the development, maintenance, and enhancement of the SAP ECC and Advanced Planner and Optimizer (APO) for both discrete and process industry scenarios and integration with other application software/packages as applicable. Collaborate with internal customers, IT, and other stakeholders to identify user requirements, assess available technologies, recommend and implement solution options. Use PKI ECC/APO Planning, Production "global design" models, techniques and processes. Manage the design, testing and application of SAP Supply Chain systems configuration in line with agreed time frames, business requirements and global standards. Design, implement and support global Supply Chain processes, enhancements and new functionality. Participate in the global implementation of new SAP modules. Apply conceptual knowledge of business processes and technology to solve complex business process and procedural problems. Participate in projects of a cross-functional nature, and deliver/negotiate SAP processes and applications to customers. Act as the technical analyst to ensure the new functional configuration is transported into production environments without unintended impact on business units. Lead technical and business solutions enabled by SAP Supply Chain functionality including ECC and APO. Debug SAP programs in order to solve application or configuration issues. Evaluate complex SAP notes. Maintain security in compliance with PKI Security directives. Support business initiatives and comply with company's Global IT policies and procedures. Develop training outlines for end-users. Lead and facilitate cross-functional teams. Identify and manage resources required to successfully execute projects.

REQUIREMENTS:

Requires Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, Engineering or a related field and 8 years SAP configuration experience in any module. Will accept Master's degree and 5 years relevant experience in lieu of Bachelor's plus 8 years experience. Experience in at least 3 full life cycle SAP implementations including all phases (blueprinting, gap analysis, system design, configuration, testing, training, and go-live support); integration with other SAP modules; Knowledge of business operations in a manufacturing environment; Understanding of ABAP concepts, reading & debugging code, designing & implementing user-exits; Experience with SAP ECC and APO. Experience developing training outlines for end-users. Experience managing the design, testing and application of SAP Supply Chain systems configuration. Experience working with security teams on creating, changing and redesigning all PP relevant security roles. Experience with production order costing, settlement and variances. Experience maintaining master data. Experience generating mass data maintenance using tools (BDCs/LSMWs). participating in the global implementation of new SAP modules. Experience in SAP Variant configuration including new product modeling, creation and maintenance of object dependencies, variant tables, reference characteristics and configuration profile. Strong verbal and written communication skills.

40 hours/week $120,224.00 / year
