Manufacturing Engineer(Instrument)MSMS


Work with cross functional team to insure appropriate product testing processes are in place to assure internal customer satisfaction

Review and improve critical manufacturing processes, associated tools and WIs.

Independently create and execute process, risk assessments, testing and validations

Responsible for key project deliverables (Quality, Efficiency, Spend and Timing)

Own and lead internal production project, such as outsourcing

Early involve into critical NPI development process as an operation representative nalyse and fix the production quality issue, improve DPU(Defective per unit)


Knowledge with analytical chemistry and skilled using analytical instrument

More than 3 years work experience in production

Demonstrated problem solving skills

Organizational coordination ability and project management experience

College degree or above, with the major in chemistry,biochemistry, biology, medicine, pharmaceutical or related science
