Field Service Engineer

Responsibility:

  1. Independent technical support for customers: hardware, software, reagent performance and application.

  2. Independent solved the case about installation, application traning and maintance on time according to the policy

  3. Submit the Service Report and relevant data accurate and reliable

  4. Team work with other function BU

  5. Cooperate with whole team

  6. Support BU to meet the AOP

  7. Frequently business travel

Qualifications:

1, Above 1 years experince about machinery, automation, biomedical engineering or relevant electronic industry background. BME is priority

2, Fluent English Language communication

3, Basic IT skills

4, Good team work

Education Required:

1.Bechalor degree or above in machinery, automation, biomedical engineering or major project relevant electronic industry

2, English level:CET4 or above; Fluent English communcation
