Responsibilities
This role is responsible for managing the execution and compliance of Foodservice contractual commitments for a selected group of accounts. Responsibilities include all financial tracking and accounting of contractual commitments for this channel of Foodservice.
Duties and Accountabilities include:
Manage all contractual funding components of National Accounts contracts
Ensure compliance requirements and customer commitments are adhered to in accordance with contractual obligations and with Sox Audit accounting policy guidelines
Manage year-end accrual process, EPM system process, accounting controls, and new account set-ups

Manage customer data integrity issues
Provide support to team and Sales organization on customer issues related to reporting and completing payments
Ensure issues are resolved promptly
Direct line of support to National Account Sales Directors for funding issues and initiatives
Support customers in reporting and funding-guide and support team to troubleshoot and resolve issues This role is responsible for managing the execution and compliance of Foodservice contractual commitments for a selected group of accounts. Compensation and Benefits:
- The expected Compensation range for this position is between $48,400 - $60,000.
- Location confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary.
- Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.

Qualifications
- 4 Year College Degree in Business, Finance, or comparable field; or equivalent work experience
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with ability to assess materiality, risk exposure and to implement creative solutions
- Outstanding communication skills with proven ability to influence multiple levels of leadership
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of MS Office programs specifically Excel
- Requires attention to detail
- Numerate thinker with strong attention to detail
- Highly organized and responsive, with ability to work to SLAs and tight deadlines
- Ability to work collaboratively and proactively with multi-functional teams
- Be flexible, organized, and able to handle competing priorities
- Good time management skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Solid understanding and working knowledge of general accounting and accrual transactions
- 2-3 years of experience with Microsoft Applications with an extremely high level of proficiency
- 2-3 years showcasing well developed analytical and problem-solving skills
