PepsiCo Foods Canada - District Service Manager
As the District Service Manager (DSM), you will be responsible for overseeing a team of SDS direct reports, and lead all SDS GES Delivery in the Alberta market. You will be a key contributor to develop and sustain the growing snack foods business by being the one-voice liaison between Sales and Operations.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities will include:

  • Responsible for the DSD Service to 100+ of our large format customer accounts, including 50MM of retail volume, and +1.4MM cases annually
  • Responsible for delivering Sellex plan behind labour, travel, and training
  • Hiring, onboarding, training, and coaching direct reports
  • Ensuring all employees have a safety mindset while working, responsible for safety incident follow-up and actions
  • Responsible for auditing down-stacking and supporting facilities with AIB preparation
  • Dynamic routing and scheduling to ensure efficient processes are in place
  • Managing inventory to ensure processes are in place when discrepancies arrive
  • Accountable for resolving all PepsiCo controls (inventory variances, ASN errors, PO errors, etc.)

Qualifications

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 3-5 years' experience in a people leadership role with demonstrated ability to coach others
  • Outstanding organizational skills as demonstrated by your ability to handle multiple priorities, problem solve complex or difficult situations and meet deadlines or targets
  • Knowledge of a Direct Store Delivery system preferred
  • Exceptional communication & collaboration skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • A Valid full G or Class 5 driver's license, clean driving record
  • Able to travel regularly (at least 25% of time) to ensure consistent leadership and sales standards within the District and to attend regional meetings
