Overview

We are looking for a dynamic, detail-oriented Customer Logistics Sr Associate to join our Order Management team at sodastream. In this position you will be the backbone of our order fulfilment process, ensuring a seamless journey from the moment an order enters our system until it's out the door with our 3PL partner. You'll act as a liaison between retailers, sales representatives and SodaStream cross functional teams. You'll serve as the primary point of contact for communicating and troubleshooting all order-related issues, this includes ensuring data integrity and process adherence within the order management workflow.

Responsibilities

  • Process and manage orders within our ERP system, ensuring accurate data entry and smooth transmission to our 3PL partner and back to our customer accounts/systems.
  • Act as primary point of contact for resolving order-related issues within the ERP lifecycles, this includes EDI validation, retailer portal updates, return authorizations, credits/debits while working with cross functional teams in Supply Chain, Planning, IT, and Finance.
  • Work closely with Supply Chain on change orders and cancellations, correcting data sets as required and communicating changes to cross functional teams, Supply Chain, 3PL partners, Sales or Finance.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve tracking discrepancies, providing information to customers or sales only when self-service options are unavailable. This role focuses on identifying systematic issues and collaborating with IT and Sales internally to prevent future recurrence.
  • Responsible for developing and updating SOPs for accounts and relevant order management processes. This includes developing new SOPs as new automations and process improvements are introduced.
  • Liaise directly with our Sales team to flag and communicate any order discrepancies or pricing issues that require their attention.
  • Manage and analyze daily reports, meticulously tracking order flow and identifying any potential bottlenecks to keep things moving. Must already be comfortable using pivot tables, filters and related excel formulas for analysis.
  • Oversee order management inboxes and voicemails, responding promptly to inquiries from retailers regarding their orders.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in order processing or related analyst roles
  • Familiarity with ERP systems; experience with NetSuite or Vendor portals is a plus
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, and a solid understanding of data analysis
  • Experience with Microsoft teams and other collaborative software/communication platforms
  • Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, in a fast-paced dynamic environment
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving.
