Summary of Position:
The Director position is responsible for overseeing the success of client contracts to ensure we are hitting all our metrics, meeting our desired scorecard results, and driving growth and value delivery for both the company and the client. This position also acts in a leadership function by providing support to developing employees and establishing cohesiveness to guarantee company results. Entrepreneurial leadership, relationship management, communication, problem solving, and analytical skills are a must to drive value for our clients. The Director will be responsible for key initiatives including developing and implementing best in class processes, delivering cost savings, and driving time and resource efficiencies. Ideal candidates will have a high managerial propensity, be visionary, goal-oriented, resilient, highly conscientious, and have the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. The essential duties and responsibilities include the following.

Key Responsibilities and Attributes:
  • Lead a dedicated client team
  • Establish strategic direction and overall vision for your client team
  • Maintain accountability for your team's performance, metrics, and client scorecard results
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships with key points of contact and ensure high-level relationship plans are in place
  • Ability to understand and dissect complex business processes, provide leadership to Associate Director
  • Identify, lead, and support growth opportunities
  • Act as a point of escalation and lead high-level issue resolution; Manage through conflicts and develop positive business outcomes
  • Oversee staffing/recruiting, succession planning, and other personnel decisions/ownership
  • Lead integration and collaboration between pep and your client
  • Consult upstream with your client contacts so you are positioned to drive speed to market, cost efficiencies, and process improvements
  • Develop content and present at Monthly Operations Reviews, Monthly Savings Reviews and Quarterly Business Reviews
  • Lead team on Scope, Regulatory, Legal and Policy guidelines of the client
  • Oversee major Client and Internal initiatives such as: developing and implementing best in class processes, delivering cost savings, and driving time and resource efficiencies
  • Ability to analyze large amounts of data and reporting to provide thought leadership and insights around various topics including but not limited to: service-level agreements (SLAs), delivery, spend levels, forecasted units, workload, and budgets
  • Craft and negotiate client contracts, Addendums, and Supplemental Agreements
  • Manage revenue, billing, and expenses
  • Monitor monthly financial reports and ensure profitability
  • Build strong relationships with your direct/indirect reports and with other internal departments at pep
  • Establish and maintain bi-weekly 1:1 meetings with each Direct Report in order to provide direct supervision, continual feedback, coaching and career guidance
  • Provide timely Performance Reviews for each Direct Report


POP Knowledge & Expertise:
  • Preferred, but not required: Bachelors in Business with a 2.8+ GPA from four-year college or university or Minimum 10+ years of applicable business or accounting experience
  • Lead in the establishment, development, and improvement of processes and procedures
  • Develop and apply expertise related to display design and production to deliver best in class POP activation for clients
  • Utilize experience with retail environments, style guides, seasonal resets and in-store trends to deliver increased value to pep and pep's clients
  • Act as a POP expert for your client, keeping up to date with industry trends and best practices
  • Ability to read and interpret documents including but not limited to Dielines, Planograms, Technical Drawings, Bills of Material, Bills of Lading, and more
  • Knowledge/Skills Preferred:
  • Minimum 10+ years experience in project management, POP and/or displays
  • Experience with the Consumer Packaged Goods industry required
  • Procurement/strategic buying experience required
  • Experience in the Beauty industry required
