Studio Sales Manager

THE ROLE:

The Studio Business Development Manager will work with the Senior Manager of Studio Marketing to pre-plan monthly strategic outreach, lead generation, and securing customer referrals. Under the management of the GM of Studio Operations, this individual will create, market, and participate in all studio events, programs, and promotions. As the Business Development Manager, you will keep ahead of all trends and competitors while comparing all facilities and sales trends. This key employee will also build rapport and lasting relationships with prospective and current members in order to achieve and exceed sales goals set by his/her manager.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Prospect new customers and riders
  • Achieve and exceed individual sales goals
  • Pre-plan monthly studio activites and strategic outreach to secure studio sales
  • Build rapport and lasting relationships with prospective and new riders

 

IDEAL CANDIDATES WILL HAVE:

  • Previous sales experience as well as experience in the fittness industry
  • Entrepreneurial spirit
  • Confidence to perform on an incentive based salary
  • Enthusiastic, energetic, personable and friendly
