Brand Manager, Acquisition

ABOUT THE ROLE:

Peloton is looking for a passionate and talented Brand Manager to lead conversion-focused integrated marketing efforts for all 3 products (Bike, Tread, Digital). Reporting to the Director of Brand Marketing, you will be responsible for converting consumer demand into sales across the country and across channels. The ideal candidate will obsess over the end-to-end consumer experience and work closely with the performance marketing, creative, consumer insights and sales teams on conversion tactics including email, web optimization and paid social.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead the strategy and execution for integrated marketing efforts that are focused on conversion
  • Constantly optimize digital creative, website, email marketing for specific micro targets
  • Work cross-functionally with performance marketing, creative, consumer insights and sales teams to execute high visibility and high impact campaigns that improve conversion
  • Lead and manage a promotional strategy across the organization
  • Design marketing campaigns for leads across multiple products and channels
  • Develop positioning and strategic messaging for core product offerings such as financing, warranty, delivery and returns

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 3+ years working in a direct-to-consumer environment with an emphasis on owned channels and paid digital
  • A track record of working with great creatives to develop strategic, on-brand and results-driven creative
  • Experience developing and leading integrated marketing plans and working cross-functionally to execute flawlessly
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to juggle an array of high-impact tasks in fast-paced ever-changing environment
