Assistant Brand Manager

ABOUT THE ROLE

Peloton is looking for a passionate and talented Assistant Brand Manager to support  integrated marketing efforts for its Tread product. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Brand Marketing, you will be responsible for converting consumer demand into sales across the country and across channels. The ideal candidate will obsess over the end-to-end consumer experience and work closely with the performance marketing, creative, consumer insights and sales teams on conversion tactics including paid social, direct mail, display, email, web optimization.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support the execution of integrated marketing efforts the are focused on acquisition
  • Work cross-functionally with performance marketing, creative, consumer insights and sales teams to execute high visibility and high impact campaigns
  • Design marketing campaigns for leads across multiple products and channels
  • Develop positioning and strategic messaging for core product offerings such as financing, warranty, delivery and returns

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2-4 years working in a direct-to-consumer environment
  • A track record of working with great creatives to develop strategic, on-brand and results-driven marketing  
  • Experience developing and driving integrated marketing plans, creative brief writing and working cross-functionally to execute flawlessly
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to juggle an array of high-impact tasks in fast-paced ever-changing environment
