Administrative Assistant- Studio


Peloton’s Content Department, comprised of our Production and Instructor teams, works 365 days a year to deliver a broad offering of highly engaging subscription content to our members. We are a highly collaborative, fast-moving department that focuses on evolving and growing our innovative programming. We are looking for an individual to join our team to provide support to the Chief Content Officer and the Head of Global Production. This is a fantastic entry level opportunity to learn about content production working alongside a team of hard-working, merry colleagues. Please note, this role will be primarily based in our tread studio with occasional travel to our cycle studio. 


  • Organize and schedule meetings and appointments.
  • Submit and reconcile expense reports.
  • Book travel arrangements
  • Provide general support to visitors
  • Liaise with IT to solve any hardware, software, or equipment issues.
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory of same.
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
  • Develop and update administrative systems to make them more efficient
  • Scan and print documents on behalf of other colleagues
  • Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
