Our global team provides strategic direction, product management, development leadership and customer support for Pega's Smart Applications for Financial Services. These applications include Smart Dispute, which automates the processing of retail card disputes and fraudulent transactions, and Smart Investigate, which enables commercial banks to automate the processing of swiftpayment exceptions. Both applications are market leaders and are used to process more than 50% of the payment exceptions in their respective domains. More than 30 global banks, and through them, over 1000 leading financial institutions currently rely on Pega to reduce processing cost, improve accuracy and response time and enhance the experience of their retail banking customers.

The Smart Applications group is part of Industry Applications Development (IAD), which focuses on developing world class vertical applications that are used by the largest companies in the world to drive productivity and operational excellence.

Your role would involve working as part of scrum teams with focus on helping deliver Quality applications. It would involve standard software testing and quality assurance tasks on day to day basis. Teams at Pega leverage Pega platform that helps building future proof business applications with capabilities of case management, digital process automation, Real-time AI, and Robotics. What You'll Do at Pega:

  • Work as part of Scrum teams
  • Involves test planning, estimation, test case management and execution, and report our quality metrics and risks
  • Implement test automation for applications
  • Follow Quality assurance best practices, and actively contribute towards continuous improvement
  • Proficiency with test automation Selenium or equivalent frameworks, experience with Jenkins is added advantage
  • Develop and demonstrate excellent understanding in the application functionality
  • Collaborate in designing and executing project plans
  • Stong customer advocacy mindset
  • Exhibit a commitment to continuous learning and development

What You've Accomplished:

A result oriented individual, driven with passion and ability to explore solutions and solve complex customer problems.
  • 2-4 years of Software QA experience
  • Bachelors or master's degree in Computer Science, or Information technologies
  • Experience in working with Selenium to develop test scripts
  • Mission focused, team players who are relentlessly client focused and demonstrate high degree of accountability
  • Experience in Banking and Financial Services, in areas payments, disputes, fraud investigation or new age payment systems
