What You'll Do at Pega:

The primary purpose of this role is to lead the Asia Pacific SolutionsConsulting team, providingvision and directionto ensure a successful sales cycle in support of the target account sales model. You willworkwith the Asia Pacific leadershipteam to ensure the right expertise and technical support is provided throughout the life cycles of the sales campaigns and is you are responsible for oversight of the technical resources required at different stages within the sales life cycle.

  • Led Solutions Consulting teams to develop customer-specific solutions to complex problems. You setchallenging goals to motivate team members and foster personal growth
  • Experience developing solutions and selling enterprise software solutions, youputyourselfin the mindset of the ultimate consumers of yourwork.
  • Delivered POCs,custom demonstrations and educated customers on product capabilities. You've designedthe optimal deliverable without unnecessary complexity or overthinking
