As a Solutions Consultant in Financial Services, you'll have the opportunity to be at the forefront of Pega's Go-to-Market for mid-market financial services organisation, extending on Pega's traditional strength with larger, tier 1 organisations. You will be a strategic partner to both the client's team and Pega's sales team in positioning our transformative customer engagement suite as the solution to their challenges. You will be the technical backbone driving the client's decisions as an authority on our capabilities throughout the sales process!
What You'll Do at Pega:
- Lead the presales activities for our largest Financial Services clients in Australia and New Zealand
- Collaborate with Account Executives in relation to account sales strategy and education
- Provide consultation to customers related to their current challenges and strategic roadmaps and how Pega can help
- Execute world-class presales presentations and technical demonstrations to drive sales success
- Remain ahead of the curve in presales best practices, technical understanding and Pega product - learning isn't just tolerated at Pega, it's encouraged!
- Collaborate across the organization with product managers, marketing, analysts, and business officers as a client advocate
Who You Are:
Passionate about people & technology! You have experience in client-facing roles such as pre-sales, consulting, technical enablement, or software application development.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to build and present robust product demos, combined with the communication skills needed to develop customer relationships by listening to, understanding, and anticipating client needs (business and IT)
- A multitasker that manages multiple accounts concurrently while retaining exceptional levels or service
- Proven Consultant conceptualising innovative transformations for Financial Services.
- A skilled communicator excited to engage with senior level executives both internally and externally
- A story teller capable of weaving together the vision of a solution-not just products-and motivating customers to change how they do business
- A creative problem-solver eager to take on new challenges in a growing organization
What You've Accomplished:
- Worked with sales personnel to develop customer-specific solutions to complex problems
- Delivered POCs and custom demonstrations and educated customers on product capabilities right through to implementation
- A demonstrated thought leader in technology
- Over four years of experience developing solutions and selling enterprise software solutions is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in technology related field or knowledge of Object-Oriented programming
- Experience consulting or selling to financial services organisations.
