Senior Social Selling Specialist

The Position:

The Selling Specialist will build out a framework for the modern sales professional at Pega. Allowing our Sales teams to educate and engage their customers with social media and social selling techniques - all as part of a holistic prospecting and sales mix. We know that Sales teams do better when they leverage all available insights and channels, and our Social Selling Manager is here to help coach Sales people to maximize their opportunities, increase pipeline, and beat quota. By starting with the basics of social selling, and offering ways to scale and grow, the Social Selling Manger will be part of an integrated program that uses social media for account insights and research, account executive and team branding, and content and outreach as part of a disciplined cadence.

In this role, you will:

  • Integrate social media and social selling across the Sales organization, through Operations, Enablement, Marketing, and Product
  • Offer direct social selling support and coaching to Sales teams and individual account executives
  • Represent the Social Media Team in Pega's integrated selling programs, driving delivery of insights and content for participating teams
  • Support Social Media Team and marketing in delivery of actionable content for Sales
  • Support Sales in their onboarding to available social media tools, processes, and best practices
