Senior Client Success Manager

As a pivotal contact for customers post implementation of our world class solutions, your team is across the wider Pega Ecosystem. You will work closely with both the Pega Consulting and Sales teams to ensure customer success and drive delivery excellence.

What You'll Do at Pega:

  • Engage with front-line teams and C-suite leaders to drive Pega adoption and utilization
  • Is a thought leader with deep domain experience, product knowledge, and industry trends to home in on quantifiable benefits and focus on customer realization
  • You will address root causes of dissatisfaction, and proactively coordinate with specialists in Pega to smooth the customer journey and help ensure that Pega's applications are best in class

Who You Are:

You are a Customer Success Manager who is passionate about helping Pega customers to achieve their business objectives after the initial sale and continuing through the customer lifecycle.
  • Exceptionally strong client engagement skills
  • Consulting or consultative sales for CRM and IBPM solutions
  • Executive-level communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to prioritise, multi-task, and perform effectively under pressure
  • Strong knowledge of business processes (Sales, Marketing, Service, Support)
